After you've signed up, you can schedule a remote visit the request needs to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Inmates at the Hennepin County Adult Detention Center are allowed four people on their visitor list every day. Inmates can check the list at one of the visitation terminals inside their housing unit to see if they have a visitor for the day. There, they'll see the time and date of the visit. Once the date and time arrives, visitors can simply click on join session, and they'll be connected each inmate is allowed a 20-minute remote visit from a friend or family member.
